Blundstone Debuts Second Edition of #HowIRoam Campaign

Australian boot brand Blundstone announced the second edition of its national #HowIRoam campaign, offering one lucky contestant a trip for two to Tasmania, Australia.

Set to run on the company’s Instagram until Nov. 18, the campaign delves into Blundstone’s interests of film, craft, food, music and the outdoors through the lens of shoppers and fans.

Last year’s campaign focused on the open road and celebrated the brand’s partnership with Ducati. According to Rachel Lash, Blundstone international sales executive, this year’s campaign delves into authenticity, individualism and the feeling of adventure—all values that the brand and its fans share.

“#HowIRoam continues to give Blundstone a chance to bring our brand to life and share imagery and stories through our social platforms,” said Lash. “This year we are thrilled to offer a trip for two to our home state of Tasmania, Australia while being able to share our heritage and culture.”

The company widens the idea of exploring all passions through profiling five people who represent the spirit of the brand, that are “rugged, driven and unique.”

Blundstone is set to utilize these ambassadors by having them distribute content, and asking fans to post photos and/or videos tagging @blundstoneusa and using the #HowIRoam hashtag, explaining how they roam and what inspires and ignites their passions. Anyone who enters can win the grand prize. The winning image or video will be chosen by Blundstone’s creative team.
